Agustín blends expertise in innovation, change, and leadership with a strong background in mining and industry. Certified by MIT, Harvard, and Di Tella, He has led global projects and M&A processes, with a focus on business transformation.
Agustín is a professional with certifications from MIT in Leadership and Innovation, from Harvard in Purpose & Results, and from Universidad Di Tella in Change & Innovation. He brings 20 years of experience in developing new businesses (markets, geographies, products) within the industrial and mining sectors. He served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Argentine Chamber of Mining (CAEM), working to promote the sustainable growth of the industry. Agustín has strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, international project management, negotiation, commercial planning, sales, and general management. He combines his passion for business transformation with a focus on management consulting.
