Founder of Both, the Culture division of the Newlink Group, she has 30 years of experience in culture, corporate communication, and cultural transformation. Before creating Both in 2000, she served as Communications Director at the José Carreras Foundation and worked in media.
Cristina holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), a Master’s in International Relations (CIDOB), and has completed executive programs in Board Governance (EADA), Digital Business (Dibex, ISDI), Sustainable Business (Cambridge), and Business Applications of AI (Euncet-UPC). In 2000, she founded Both, a corporate culture and reputation consultancy, which today forms part of Newlink as its Culture division. Prior to founding Both, she served as Communications Director at the José Carreras Foundation and worked in media. She has 30 years of experience in corporate culture, internal and crisis communication, and cultural transformation. In 2025, she was awarded the National Communication Award by the Government of Catalonia, recognizing her leadership, career, and contribution to the sector, alongside other leading professionals. She is a board member of the College of Journalists of Catalonia, the APD Council, and the Factor Humà Foundation board.
